This villa is absolutely perfect for a young family, couple or group of friends. It is just 5 mins from the airport and across the road from the beach.
WHAT ITS GOT -
British owners Jacqui and Mike have created a comfortable and well equipped home from home. The living room is especially nice with L-shaped seating and views out onto the garden. There is also a small dining table and chairs in the main living room which leads through to a western kitchen. The kitchen has a fitted cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and juicer.
Outside the private 16sqm pool/1.4m deep swimming pool is found in a pretty walled garden with 2 deck chairs and further seating under a covered patio area. To the side of the house is space to park a car, a small outside utilities area with a washing machine and a top of the range gas BBQ/rotisserie oven.
Upstairs there is one double and one twin ensuite bedroom, with A/C and large French windows at the far end that open out onto a terrace and balcony respectively.
FOOD & DRINK -
This is a self catering villa with a good kitchen and 2 fridges. The owner Jacqui provides a welcome basket of essentials such as bread, milk, bottled water and croissants for the first morning. There are several restaurants within walking distance, however car hire is recommended with this villa to make the most of what the island has to offer.

Car hire is recommended in order to explore the island. The villa has secure automatic gates.
Please be aware that the villa is near to Koh Samui airport and 4 low flying planes cross over head daily.
100m from Big Budda Beach, 10 min drive to Bohput Beach, 20 min drive to Chaweng Beach.
Linen and towels provided. Twice weekly maid service. Welcome pack on arrival. Baby-sitting service available.
