WHAT ITS GOT

The three bedrooms in this property are all an extremely good size. The master bedroom has a teak king sized bed and access out on to the pool deck and jacuzzi. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third has a private garden and sun terrace. There are 3 ensuite bathrooms one with a whirlpool bath and 2 with showers. All are nicely designed with great attention to detail.

The living space is large and open plan with a sunken kitchen. There is a pleasant lounge area with comfortable corner seating running along the main wall and a dining table that can seat 6. Patio doors lead out onto the pool deck and garden, keeping the room light and airy.

Outside, professionally landscaped gardens frame a free form private pool, ample sun deck with loungers, a separate jacuzzi and additional al fresco dining table. There is a gate running around the property making it secure for young children and space for 2 cars to be parked alongside the villa.

FOOD & DRINK

Welcome package of food and drink, fresh fruit and flowers on arrival. The villa is self catering, however a chef can be provided at extra cost. Breakfast will be provided daily. A car is highly recommended with this villa to reach both the supermarkets and restaurants around the island.

LOCATION, FUN & GAMES

The villa is set in Samui Beach Village, a small luxury living development far away from the busy tourist areas of Samui. The house itself is just seconds from an unspoiled beach on the relatively undeveloped south-eastern coast. 10 minutes away from Lamai Beach, 30 minutes from Chaweng and Samui’s top golf course, and 35 minutes from the airport.

ESSENTIAL EXTRAS

Fiona the villa manager is on site at all times and can arrange for an in-house chef, provide food or wine/drinks, organize tours, activities or taxis, and there is also the villa car available for rent. Massages & beauty treatments are also on offer.

The full time team of housekeeping staff clean the villa each day, towels are changed as often as required, and bedding every three days.

Rates inclusive of airport transfers and continental breakfast.

Minimum stay of 3 nights standard season, 5 nights during peak/high season, and 14 nights Xmas/New Year.

Reduced prices for long stay.

Changeover day in flexible. Normal changeover times are arrival 2pm and departure 10am.
