Emerald Residence

Emerald Residence consists of three contemporary, two bedroom villas that sit next to each other on the beachfront at Kao Laem Noi.

WHAT ITS GOT

Each of these chic villas is made up of two buildings - a modern glass inspired sleeping pavillion that makes the most of the ocean views and a adjacent living quarter that has a more traditional feel to it. Both sections of the property are connected by a large wooden deck and feature large glass folding doors that create the inside-out living concept.

Emerald Villas 1 & 2 both have 2 double bedrooms each with king-size bed and with en-suite bathroom. While Emerald Villa 3 has an additional children’s room with 2 bunk beds capable of sleeping up to four children. In each villa the sleeping pavilion also has a cosy TV room which attracts the afternoon sun.

The living areas are light and airy, housing a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge and the villas main bathroom. It conveniently opens out on to the main pool deck which surrounds a private infinity edge swimming pool, tropical garden and expanse of grass covering the rest of the property.

FOOD & DRINK

The villa is self catering, but there are staff to look after cleaning and can arrange shopping for you.

FUN & GAMES

In the Summer the low tide season causes the beach and reef in front of the property to become dry for up to 100m. The sea is further away the beach and reef open up to all sorts of other activities such as beach volleyball, football, exploring the rock pools and collecting shellfish.

ESSENTIAL EXTRAS

The property is self catering but does have staff.

A hire car is recommended for this villa rental.

The tied is very low in the Summer months and exposes the reef in front of the property for up to 100m making sea swimming difficult.
