WHAT ITS GOT

The house is entered down a smooth sandstone staircase leading from the road and car port, past two waterfalls onto the main living platform. The lounge room and TV area is fully equipped with a huge plasma screen TV, DVD and CD players, 56 satellite channels and surround sound and is designed for relaxing with plenty of comfortable oversize armchairs. Large glass concertina doors open right back to merge the internal living space with that outside. Moving down to the lower platform guests will find an 18m infinity edge swimming pool, dining terrace, poolside lounge and kitchen.

Above the main living space are four of the seven double bedrooms, including one master suite with a private terrace and views over two of the island’s coasts. The suite can be fully opened on two sides should you prefer to sleep with the night's breeze instead of the A/C. The suite's en-suite bathroom leads onto its own private courtyard with a huge terrazzo bathtub set amongst the palm trees. The suite also has its own plasma screen TV with surround sound speakers and DVD player. The other rooms on this level also have en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, hair dryers and individual safes as do the remaining three bed rooms which are all located at the bottom of the property on a level below the swimming pool.

To prepare food in the kitchen you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a two twin door refrigerators, icemaker, espresso coffee maker, kettle and a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board in the maid’s room. There is a large dining table that can seat 14 guests.

For communication the house has Wi-Fi internet access, a phone for incoming calls only and a fax machine.

LOCATION, FUN & GAMES

Baan Kimsacheva sits on a peaceful hillside overlooking Chaweng Bay. Less than 15mins from the property you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, fishing, walking, golf, scuba diving, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, and a food shop.

40 min from Nathon Ferry Pier.
8 min from Big Buddha.

ESSENTIAL EXTRAS

The house is in a quiet area on a private road, but you may hear occasional noise. Car hire is recommended and there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The Villa has a daily housekeeping service. The villa staff are available daily from approx 9am to 5pm. Extra staff time can be arranged on request and a Thai cook can be provided for an extra charge. Bed linen is changed every third day, towels are changed as necessary.

Rates include daily tropical breakfast and airport transfer. We can provide a full Concierge service for activities and tours, car rental, in-villa spa treatments (extra charge).

The villa is one of three that sit next to each other on the hillside. Should your party be larger than 14 people the other villas have 4 and 3 bedrooms respectively. Literally a 30 second walk to each other the three villas can accommodate 28 people in total.

The villa is not equipped for wheelchair access and while children and elder guests are more than welcome, please notes that the stone staircase is the only way to enter the property and there is an infinity edged pool.
