Beautiful 3 bedroom villa split over 3 levels, that cascade down the hillside above Chaweng Bay.

WHAT ITS GOT

The upper level consists of 3 en-suite double bedrooms, all with A/C, ceiling fan, King-size beds, built-in wardrobes with personal safe and mini-bar, and access onto a large balcony through French doors. The en-suite bathrooms feature oversized rain showers, glass sinks, and private walled gardens, 2 of which have oval terrazzo tubs. The slightly larger master bedroom also features a large plasma screen TV with satellite receiver, DVD, CD, VCR, and surround sound that is piped into the bathroom.

On the main deck or second level sits a dramatic open-plan living room and kitchen, with stunning views across the island. Glass folding doors push back fully to give a seamless indoor-outdoor appearance and provide access to a long balcony which overlooks the pool. There is a dining table for 6-8, numerous sofas, armchairs and loungers, a large plasma screen TV, with DVD, satellite, VCR, CD, and surround sound speakers.

On the lower level you will find a stunning 18m infinity edged pool and a vast sandstone deck with a sunken Jacuzzi and an open-air shower. The space continues into a shaded lounging area under the living room and a fourth en-suite bedroom (occasional), with a rounded double bed and a mini-bar. An additional bathroom with shower is located off the pool deck.

For communication the house has Wi-Fi internet access, a phone for incoming calls only and a fax machine.

This expansive villa has over 400sq metres of enclosed space and 300sq metres of terraces.

FOOD & DRINKS

A tropical breakfast of fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal and toast will be supplied daily, but other than this the villa is self catering. A Thai cook can be hired however, for either the duration of your stay or just for a particular evening. To prepare food in the kitchen you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a two twin door refrigerators, icemaker, kettle and a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board in the maid’s room. There are numerous restaurants and food shops just minutes away, including a huge Tesco.

LOCATION, FUN & GAMES

Baan Fan Noi sits on a peaceful hillside overlooking Chaweng Bay. 5 min from the airport, 20min from the Santiburi Golf Course and Country Club, 5 min from Chaweng Beach. Less than 15mins from the property you will find several other beaches, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, mountain biking, horse riding, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop. Within 45mins there is golf, tennis, a sports centre and a zoo. Many great snorkelling trips can be arranged (some including a sunset dinner) as well as Elephant trekking, jungle safaris and temple visits.

ESSENTIAL EXTRAS

The house is in a quiet area on a private road, but you may hear occasional noise. Car hire is recommended and there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The Villa has a daily housekeeping service. The villa staff are available daily from approx 9am to 5pm. Extra staff time can be arranged on request and a Thai cook can be provided for an extra charge. Bed linen is changed every third day, towels are changed as necessary. There is also a villa manager on call and a concierge service to arrange excursions. Access to the villas wine cellar can be arranged as can in-villa spa treatments.

The villa is one of three that sit next to each other on the hillside. Should your party be larger than 6-8 people the other villas have 7 and 5 bedrooms respectively. Literally a 30 second walk to each other the three villas can accommodate 30 people in total.

The villa is not equipped for wheelchair access and while children and elder guests are more than welcome, please notes that the stone staircase is the only way to enter the property and there is an infinity edged pool.

Minimum stay of 3 nights (14 nights over Christmas and New Year, 5 nights during high season)
