Extremely romantic with outstanding views, this 2 bed balinese inspired villa provides a perfect getaway.

WHAT ITS GOT

The villa is set over three floors. The main living space is on the middle floor with an open plan kitchen and lounge. There is a full-size oven, built-in stainless steel microwave and large fridge-freezer. A wooden breakfast bar seats two on swiveling bar chairs, and a 3 piece suite with coffee table occupy the rest of the room. Floor to ceiling glass panel doors push back to provide access out to the infinity pool, sun beck and onto the large covered balcony with dining table.

From the living area a spiral staircase leads up to the truely unique master bedroom with a fully thatched Bali-style rice barn roof and balcony. There is no ensuite with this room but a detached Balinese bathroom with a high thatched roof, and sandstone clad walls, is just two steps away from the main entrance.

Running down the side of the villa are steps to the second double bedroom which is located on the ground floor. This room comes with an ensuite bathroom, living area, air-conditioning mini-bar, safe, and satellite TV. As with the rest of the villa there is also free wireless WiFi access. The room looks out on to a pretty walled garden and the main entrance through large carved antique doors. The villa shares access to the main road with the neighboring property along a short pathway and wooden bridge.

FOOD & DRINK

The villa comes with a full staff including maids, a house boy and a chef. Food is brought at cost price and then serviced with just a 10% service charge added on. A full food and drinks menu will be presented on arrival or can be supplied in advance.

There are also numerous restaurants to explore on the island with Chaweng and Lamai both very close.

LOCATION, FUN & GAMES

The Rice Villa is perfectly located on Koh Samui. 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Chaweng and Lamai. Chaweng beach is renowned for its restaurants, clubs, bars and nightlife, while Lamai Beach is more laid back and relaxed.

A hire car is strongly recommended with this property.

The villa is set over three levels, therefore may not be suitable for some elderly guests. Access to the second bedroom is also outside so not necessarily suitable for young children while their parents stay upstairs.

Long Term Rentals by negotiation.
Minimum Rental is 3 nights.
Minimum Stay between 20 December/04 January is 12 nights.
