This fabulous 5 bedroom villa set in the hills above Bophut on the northern coast of Koh Samui strikes an idyllic balance between contemporary grandeur and Thai-Balinese timelessness.


In the tranquil setting of the hills in the north of Koh Samui, Ban Kinaree is an impressive and subtle combination of space, comfort and design with stunning panoramic views over Bophut Bay.

The focal point of Ban Kinaree is the large 17m x7m infinity-edge, black tiled swimming pool and the spacious 20m terrace with outside hi fi speakers which makes for great entertaining. Add to this the pool Sala with a full bar and BBQ as well as a giant screen and projector for movie fanatics and the Jacuzzi attached to the pool and there is something for everyone.

Ban Kinaree is made of 3 separate pavilions.The smallest pavilion hosts one bedroom; the largest and main pavilion features the large living/dining/kitchen as well as the 20 meter terrace overlooking the Bophut Bay on the first floor, 2 bedrooms occupy the ground floor; the 3rd pavilion hosts the master bedroom and the 5th bedroom on the ground floor. Each of the bedrooms has been designed to provide optimum comfort and privacy by featuring oversized sleeping area and grand bathrooms with both shower and a large bathtub. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV and DVD player, mini bar, safe and full length sliding doors with a view to the ocean. They are also all air conditioned.

The layout of the property and the garden setting with its own waterfall provide ample privacy and comfort. Yet the 5 bedroom Ban Sairee which can sleep up to 12 guests is located next door making a fabulous option for large groups if both are rented together.

There is a minimum stay of 3 nights (14 nights over Christmas and New Year, 5 nights for Chinese New Year, Easter and Songkran) and the Summer Peak Season.
