WHAT ITS GOT
This gorgeous 5 bedroomed villa is one of a handful of properties within the landscaped grounds of the Samujana Estate. Each has been cleverly engineered into the side of a hill so that none of the properties over look each other and all make the most of the breathtaking views.
The villa's first two bedrooms are both twins and occupy the lower level of the house, with a good sized garden/lawn for children to play on. On the main upper deck is the rest of the living space. 3 double bedrooms run along the back wall of the villa, all with sliding floor to ceiling glass doors that allow you to drink in the extraordinary views.
In the centre of the villa lies an open air kitchen and living pavilion with dining table and a wonderful sunken seating area perfect for socialising as a group. In front of this is the villa's showpiece infinity swimming pool, lined with black slate to contrast elegantly against the blue sea and sky. A large wooden sunbathing platform wraps round one side of the pool and another along the front on the villa.
A TV den behind the living area is fitted with a large plasma satellite TV/DVD home theatre system, and furnished with sumptuous built-in sofas. Broadband WiFi satellite internet service is provided free of charge.
FOOD & DRINK
The villa can be taken on either a self catering basis or inclusive of a chef. Either way a tropical fruit and cereal breakfast is included and a cooked breakfast can be prepared on request. There is a fully equipped kitchen in the main living pavilion should guests wish to cook for themselves and if not a separate kitchen hidden to the side of the property where a chef can cook for you. In addition there is a bbq area to the side of the pool.
Should guests wish for and special meals or celebrations this can all be arranged. There are also numerous restaurants to explore on the island with Chaweng, Bang Rak and Bohput both very close.
LOCATION, FUN & GAMES
Samujana is located on a hillside at the Northern end of Chaweng Bay with views across the bay. About 5 minutes drive from Chaweng town, 3 minutes from Choeng Mon beach, 10 mins to the airport and 30mins to Santiburi Golf and Country club. Chaweng beach is renowned for its restaurants, clubs, bars and nightlife, while the other nearby villages are more subdued.

ESSENTIAL EXTRAS
-Children of all ages are welcome at the villa.
-Satellite plasma TV, DVD/VCD/CD player, air-conditioned bedrooms, ceiling fans throughout, fully equipped kitchen, intercom, complimentary WiFi broadband internet.
-A hire car is advisable with this property.
-Rates are inclusive of surcharges, airport transfers, and breakfast.
-Minimum stay of 3 nights at all times, except for 14 nights over Christmas and New Year, and 5 nights during high season.
-Maid service from 08:00-22:00 daily.
-The villa manager is available on call to attend to your every need.
-Bed linen and towels are changed every third day.
-Pool towels are provided and replenished as deemed necessary.
-Cook service is available on request at a nominal charge of 1000 THB per meal, excluding provisions.
-In-villa spa treatment and massage on request.
-Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 11:00, although early arrival and late departure may be requested subject to availability.
