This gorgeous villa is part of the luxurious Samujana development. It is built over three levels, with breathtaking view and is ideal for families or couples.

Built into the hillside, the design of Samujana 17 is stunning. Flat roofs, sleek white walls and the seamless infinity pool combine with natural materials and protruding rock formations to create a wonderfully elegant affect.

WHAT ITS GOT

The villa has three double bedrooms, all en-suite, and a study (with internet) that can also be used as a children’s bedroom.

The master bedroom at the top of the villa looks onto a roof pond, blending into the sea beyond. Sliding doors lead out to a secluded terrace beside the pond, providing an idyllic hideaway for occupants of the master bedroom. The 2 remaining bedrooms are on a lower level below the living room.

All of the bedrooms feature large en-suite bathrooms, with marble-topped tubs and walk-in rain-showers. Each bedroom is very private, with sea views, built-in wardrobes with safes, private balconies, air-conditioning, and ceiling fans.

The expansive living area houses an open plan kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and comfortable seating area. To the far end of the living area there is an air conditioned entertainment room, with state-of the art music and dvd system.

FOOD & DRINK

There is a fully equipped kitchen and barbecue at the back of the living room. Guests are welcome to self cater or a private chef can be provided.

There are also numerous options for eating out just 5 minutes from the property in nearby Chaweng, or 10-15 minutes away on the north of the island.

LOCATION

The villa is located on a hill side, about 5 minutes drive from Chaweng, 3 minutes from Choeng Mon beach and 10 minutes from the airport. The Santiburi Golf and Country club is a 30 minute drive away.

Car Hire is recommended with this property to make the most of the island. This can be arranged through the villa and there is one car parking space available.
