Well ... maybe because it’s evident that some thought has gone into decorating this modest apartment, into making the basics look as homey and attractive as possible.
Or maybe it has something to do with this apartment’s ideal location: a two-minute walk from the local ATM (cash-stop) and a not so pricey mini-mart; or its proximity to enough eating and drinking establishments in the Grafton area to keep even the most extroverted entertained.
