Magnificent four bedroom villas located in Stonehaven on a hillside just a few minutes from the sea
The Villas
There are fourteen spacious 3,700 sq ft villas set in lush landscaped gardens and adjoining a 200 acre bird sanctuary.
All the villas have large living areas, four en-suite bedrooms, 50 ft verandahs and private infinity pools – the ultimate in luxurious
living, designed by the renowned architect Arne Hasselqvist of Mustique.
Bedrooms
Four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom. Both the "Blue Room" and the "Coral Room" have generously sized private balconies, whilst the "Beige Room", with a super large 7ft wide bed, leads onto the verandah. There is also small single bedroom, the "Green Room", with its own en-suite bathroom.
You can lie on your bed and enjoy the views of the Caribbean sea to one side and the nature reserve on the other.
Kitchen
The Kitchen is fully equipped with the finest modern fittings, granite work surfaces and a full compliment of quality crockery and cutlery. Facilities include a 24 cubic ft refrigerator, separate drinks fridge, dishwasher, microwave, mixer and coffee-maker. A washer and dryer are provided in the Laundry area.
Bathrooms
Each of the three bedrooms have their own luxurious en-suite bathroom with dressing area and wardrobe. The single bedroom has it`s own en-suite shower and toilet facilities.
Living Room
Each living room is richly decorated in colours and styles to provide the comfort and warmth of a Caribbean home. Much of the furniture is traditional French Plantation style with
period-style beds, couches and Berbice chairs.
Pool and Verandah
The infinity pool and the spacious pool deck invite you to spend your days in the Caribbean sun. The large covered veranda and sundeck open on to spectacular vistas of the Caribbean sea
and the evening sunset allowing you to dine in the gentle warm Caribbean breezes.

The Restaurant and Clubhouse
In the grounds of the resort you will find the beautiful "Pavilion Clubhouse" which is open to all residents. With a fine restaurant, bar lounge area and large half moon pool, it offers a welcoming atmosphere for meeting fellow guests.
Casual lunches are served with fine dining in the evening in the gorgeous Pavilion Clubhouse featuring the creative cuisine of the Executive chef.

Additional Services

Security and privacy
The resort is staffed by 24 hour security and each villa has its own wall-safe.
Children
Not child-friendly for children under 7 due to the infinity pool and low balconies. Baby-sitting service available, and complimentary games and puzzles are available at Reception.
Disabled Access
Ground Floor bedroom with easy access to bathroom, living room, kitchen and verandah. The staff are very willing to help with wheelchair access between the Clubhouse and your villa
